CAO DAI AND THE CU CHI TUNNELS

During this day trip you travel in the morning to Tay Ninh where the Cao Dai Sect has its home base. Then you visit Cu Chi, known for the tunnels of the same name.

 
 


SAIGON - TAY NINH
In the morning, you will travel to Tay Ninh, where the largest Cao Dai Temple in Vietnam is located. Cao Dai is a religious sect that originates almost exclusively in Vietnam and comprises a fascinating blend of Christianity, Buddhism, Hinduism, and Taoism. From noon onwards, you will have the opportunity to witness a religious ceremony.




TAY NINH - CU CHI
After lunch, you will depart for Cu Chi to visit the tunnels of the same name, from which the Viet Cong fought against the Americans, these tunnels were used by the Vietnamese to make life difficult for the Americans during the "American War," as the Vietnamese call it. You will have the opportunity to crawl through the tunnels for about a hundred meters.
